摘要
目的 探讨穿透性角膜移植术治疗大泡性角膜病变的临床疗效。方法 对 17例 17眼大泡性角膜病变施行穿透性角膜移植术或穿透性角膜移植联合手术。随访观察 2～43个月并进行了回顾性分析。结果 角膜植片透明 12例 ,半透明 3例 ,植片混浊 2例。其中 4例在术后 2周～ 2 1个月发生角膜免疫排斥反应 ,经保守治疗后控制。全部患者术后眼部刺激症状消失。除 1例术前视力无光感 ,术后视力无变化外 ,其余病例术后视力均有不同程度提高。结论 穿透性角膜移植术或穿透性角膜移植联合手术 ,是解除眼部疼痛刺激症状。
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of penetrating keratoplasty for the treatment of bullous keratopathy. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on 17 cases (17 eyes) of bullous keratopathy which were treated by penetrating keratoplasty or combined surgery.The follow up period was 2 to 43 months. Results The grafts of 12 cases were transparent,3 cases were semitransparent,2 cases were opacificative.Only 4 cases suffered from immune rejection 2 weeks to 21 months postoperatively. The immune rejections were controlled by conservative therapy. All of the patients with intolerable pain preoperatively became pain free postoperatively.Only one case of blindness before operation did not change after operation. Others postoperative visual acuity improved to different degrees.Conclusion Penetrating keratoplasty is an effective method to relieve pain and improve visual acuity.
