摘要
目的分析穿通性角膜移植术后患者的屈光状态。方法对行穿通性角膜移植手术患者20例（20只眼）术后3个月行视力及散瞳验光检查。结果术后裸眼视力≤0．1者11只眼，其矫正视力为0．05—1．0；术后裸眼视力≥0．2者9只眼，其矫正视力为0．6—1．2。12只眼散光度数较大，其中轴位在垂直方向8只眼。结论穿通性角膜移植术可显著提高视力。多数病例有不同程度的大散光，其原因可能是6点和12点位置的缝线较紧，对局部角膜产生牵拉，造成了垂直轴位的散光。
Objective To study status of ametropia after penetrating keratoplasty. Methods Optometry was performed for 20 patients with opened pupils three months after penetrating keratoplasty. Results There were 11 eyes of which the visual acuity after penetrating keratoplasty ≤0.1, and their corrected visual acuity were 0.05 ～ 1.0; there were 9 eyes of which the visual acuity after penetrating keratoplasty ≥0.2, and their corrected visual acuity were 0. 6 ～ 1.2. 15 eyes had astigmatism and 9 eyes were high astigmatism（ 〉 3 D）. 8 eyes were upright axis. There were 7 eyes of which the best corrected visual acuity 〉 1.0 all had the astigmatism, among them 4 eyes were upright axis. Conclusion The corrected visual acuity after penetrating keratoplasty improved significantly. Most cases have high astigmatism with the upright axis. The cause could be that suture are tightened more at 6 and 12, which make tugging to part of cornea, leading to astigmatism with upright axis.
