摘要
目的探讨施行角膜层间分离灼烙术治疗大泡性角膜病变的临床效果。方法对14例大泡性角膜病变患者施行8～9mm 深达1/2角膜的层间分离及灼烙。结果所治病例角膜愈合良好,无不良反应,眼痛、异物感症状消失,视力有不同程度改善,随访6～24个月,临床疗效稳定。结论角膜层间分离灼烙术为不具备穿透性角膜移植的大泡性角膜病变提供了一种简便、安全、不需特殊材料、较为理想的手术方法。
Purpose To evaluate the clinical effect of the treatment of bullous keratopathy by intralamellar dialysis and thermocauterization of cornea.Methods Intralamellar dialysis and thermocauterization of cornea with 8 to 9 mm in range and 1/2 thickness of cornea were.performed on 14 patient with bullous keratopathy.Results Cornea intention in al 1 cases was nice.No complication was found.Ophthalmodynia and foreign body sensation disappeared.Visual acuity was improved in different extent.Postoperative observation for 6 to 24 months,the clinical effect was stabilized.Conclusion The treatment by intralamellar dialysis and thermocauterization of cornea used in patient with bullous keratopathy especially who don' t own the condition of full thickness penetrating kemtophsty is a simple,safe and ideal method which need no particular material.
