摘要
本文以苦杏仁甙4mg/20g 体重及7mg/20g 体重经皮下给予小鼠,给药6次后参入(~3H)胸腺嘧啶核苷(~3H-TdR),经放射自显影计数肝细胞、枯否细胞、肾小管上皮细胞之标记细胞以及分裂期细胞,算出标记指数(LI)及分裂指数(MI))与对照组比较,肝细胞、枯否细胞之两个用药组与对照组间差异均为非常显著(P<0.01)本实验显示苦杏仁甙对小鼠肝细胞及枯否细胞增生有明显促进作用。
In this study amygdalin (4mg/20g body weight and 7mg/20g body weight) was respectively given to mice by the subcutanous route a.o.d. total six times.After that ~3H-TdR (1 μCi/lg body weight) was injected intrapcritoneally into mice and autoradiography of the tissues of the liver and kidney was respectively performed.The results show that the total of LI plus MI of the liver cells and the Kupffer's cells in the treated groups of amygdalin were obviously higher than the con- trol group (P<0.01).It was found that the proliferation of the liver cells and the Kupffer's cells was advanced by the treatment of amyg- dalin.
