摘要
目的:探讨中药肾康注射液(SK)对脂多糖(LPS)诱导肾小球系膜细胞增殖的影响。方法:采用人肾小球系膜细胞进行体外培养,用氚标记的胸腺嘧啶核苷(3H-TdR)掺入法观察其增殖情况。结果:不同肾康注射液剂量组3H-TdR掺入率均明显低于对照组。结论:肾康注射液可明显抑制脂多糖诱导的人肾小球系膜细胞增殖。
Objective: To study the effect of Shenkang injection(SK) on the proliferation of human mesangial cell induced by LPS. Methods: Human mesangial cell(huMC) was cultured in vitro,the proliferation of huMC was observed by the method of incorporation of 3H-TdR. Results: Levels of 3H-TdR uptake decreased obviously in groups with different SK dosage. Conclusion: The proliferation of huMC induced by LPS can be inhibited obviously by SK.
