摘要
在pH =8 .8的硼砂缓冲溶液中 ,三氯偶氮氯膦分别与Ca2 + 和Mg2 + 形成稳定的配合物。用多波长线性回归光度法同时测定钙、镁。合成样品中钙和镁的回收率分别为 94%~ 10 5 %和 95 %~ 10 4%。该方法应用于食品中钙、镁含量的测定 。
The reagent trichloro chlorophosphonazo form complex with Ca 2+ and Mg 2+ in borax buffer solution. The calcium and magnesium were determined simultaneously by using multiwavelength linear regression spectrophotometry. The average recovery of calcium and magnesium in synthetic samples were 94~105% and 95~104% respectively. The method has been applied to the determination of calcium and magnesium in food with satisfactory results.
