摘要
介绍用导数 -比光谱法同时测定酱油及食醋中的山梨酸和苯甲酸 .样品用乙酸乙酯作萃取剂 ;用Na2 HPO4 溶液为反萃取剂 ,测定五个波长处的吸光度后进行导数 -比光谱法计算分析 .分析了酱油及食醋中的山梨酸和苯甲酸加标的含量 ,回收率为 96 .2 5 %~ 10 2 .2 5 % .此法克服了“国际法”中繁琐的分离手续 ,比卡尔曼滤波算法及多波长线性回归计算简便 ,结果准确 ;
s:This article introduces the modified method for simultaneous determination of sorbic acid and benzoic acid in soy and vinegar by Derivative Ratio Spetrum. Samples were extracted by acetic ether and stripped by Na 2HPO 4 Derivative Ratio Spectrum calculation was undertaken after five absorption values were measured at different wavelengths. The content of sorbic acid and benzoic acid in soy and vinegar were analysed. The recovery percent was between 96.25% ~102.25%. This method is simple and accurate compared with Kalman filtering and Multi-Wavelength Linear Regression UV-spectrophotometry. it can be used for determination of Sorbic acid and Benzoic acid in food.
