摘要
目的 按美容外科原则急诊修复颜面部表浅软组织损伤。方法 对 38例颜面部表浅软组织损伤行急诊美容修复。结果 所有病例均获成功 ,疗效满意 ,瘢痕细小 ,部分病例术后半年疤痕基本消失。结论 颜面部表浅软组织损伤按美容外科技术原则修复可避免后期畸形 。
Objective To repair injury of facial superficial soft tissue by emergency cosmetic operation.?Methods We performed emergency cosmetic operations on 38 cases of injury of facial superficial soft tissue and observed the outcome.?Results All operations were successful with small scars.In some cases, the scars were hardly observed half a year later.?Conclusion Injury of facial superficial soft tissue might be repaired with cosmetic surgical operation, which could decrease late deformity and inhibit cicatrisation.
