摘要
目的:探讨美容整形外科理念及技术在严重颜面部外伤急诊清创中的应用经验。方法:在不影响抢救生命的情况下,创造条件积极处理严重颜面部外伤;充分的术前沟通;创面均按美容整形原则规范处理,不同类型的创面采用不同的方法以尽量维护功能及外形;统计疗效。结果:所有患者均得到及时救治;所有创面均Ⅰ期愈合;随访1年,71.1%创面瘢痕微小、18.4%创面瘢痕稍明显,10.5%创面Ⅱ期修复,各创面均无明显瘢痕增生、畸形,功能保持良好;患者对治疗过程及结果均表示满意或可以接受。结论:严重颜面部外伤处理中积极应用美容整形外科技术可取得良好效果。
Objective To discuss the cosmetology orthopedic surgery idea and the technology create clear in the serious facial flesh wound emergency medical treatment. Methods In the situatin of not affect the rescue life,creates the condition to repair the serious face flesh wound positively.In front of sufficient preoperative communication. All injured area were repaired with cosmetic surgical operation.The different type injured area use the different method to maintain the function and the contour as far as possible,statistical curative effect. Results All patients obtain treat and cure promptly.All inju：red area homogeneous time cicatrization.Makes a follow-up visit for one year,71.1% injured area scars are small,18.4% injured area scars are slightly obvious,10.5% injured are two issue of repairs, the injured area has not obvious scar proliferation, abnormal,the function of injured area were wonderful.The patients were all satisfied with the course of treatment and the result. Conclusion Applies the cosmetology orthopedic surgery technology in serious facial flesh wound processing, which could obtain the wonderful effect.
