摘要
高校教学管理具有较强的学术性,高校教学管理者只有正确认识其角色地位,才能充分发挥其积极作用。根据我国高校教学管理者的职责、任务,高校教学管理者应成为学者型、专家型、职业型的管理者。
University teaching management have strong academic nature, only the university teaching administrator understanging theirstatuses correctly can play a positive role fully. The university teaching administrator should become the administrators with the type ofscholar, expert and profession according to the duty, tasks of the university teaching administrators in our country.
