摘要
研究了铬天青S(CAS)与铜 (Ⅱ )的显色体系。在溴化十六烷基吡啶 (CPB)存在下 ,Cu(Ⅱ )与CAS在酸性介质中生成 1:5的绿蓝色三元配合物 ,最大吸收波长 6 2 5nm ,摩尔吸光系数 8 0× 10 4,铜含量在3~ 30 μg/ 2 5mL范围内符合比耳定律。方法灵敏 ,选择性好 ,用于大米样品中微量铜的测定 。
It is reported in this paper that in the presence of CPB,copper(Ⅱ) reacts with chorme azuro lS in the acidic medium to form a greenish blue colord three-component complex with its absorption maxima at 625nm,and molar absorptivity of 8.0×10 4L mol -1 cm -1 .Beer's law holds in the concentration range for copper(Ⅱ) of 3~30μg/25mL.The proposed method proves to be sensitive and selective,and has applied to verify microamounts of copper in rice with satisfactory results.
