摘要
利用光谱修正光度法研究铜 (Ⅱ ) -对碘基偶氮氯膦 (PICPA)显色体系 ,结果表明在pH8.5氨性缓冲溶液和盐酸羟胺存在下 ,所生成络合物组成比Cu:PICPA为 1 :2 ,在 62 0nm下终级络合物真实摩尔吸光系数ε =5 .58× 1 0 4L .mol- 1 .cm- 1 ,络合物累积稳定常数K =7.1 1× 1 0 1 1 (1 5℃和离子强度 0 .1M)。
The reaction between copper(II) and PICPA was sensitive at pH 8.5 in the presence of OP and hydroxylamine hydrochloride. In the present report, the spectral correction principle was applied in the determination of properties of the Cu-PICPA complex instead of the ordinary spectrophotometry because of the absorption effect of the excessive PICPA. Results showed that the complex was expressed as Cu(PICPA) 2, its cumulative stability constant K= 7.11×10 11 ( temperature 15 ℃ and inoic strength 0.1M) and its real absorptivity ε=5.58×10 4L.mol -1 .cm -1 at 620nm.
