摘要
为了研究体外反搏治疗心肌缺血的机理 ,本研究从六条开胸犬实时测量颈主动脉、头臂干、胸主动脉等处的血流量 ,并计算出各处的剪切应力的变化。统计结果表明 :体外反搏使剪切应力的平均值、变化范围及变化速度都发生了变化 ,即增加了血流和剪切应力的脉动性。
This study inquired into the therapeutic mechanism of external counterpulsation(ECP) in the treatment of myocardial ischemia. Blood flow was measured at the arteria carotics, truncus brachiocephalics and other places in six chest-open dogs, and shear stress was operated. The statistical results show that the average, the range of change, and the changing rate were augmented with ECP, i.e. the phasic characteristics of shear stress were increased.
