摘要
研究体外反搏治疗心肌缺血的机理 ,建立冠脉循环缺血模型 ,利用PSPICE仿真工具对体外反搏治疗心肌缺血进行仿真 ,得到反搏前后缺血心肌血流灌注量变化的数据。结果表明
To study the mechanism of external counter pulsation to cure ischemic myocardium, by standing the model of coronary artery′s ischemic myocardium and simulating with PSPICE, the research got the quantity of ischemic myocardium′s blood concentration with and without the external counter pulsation. The result indicates that the quantity of ischemic myocardium′s blood concentration can be enhanced during external counter pulsation.
