摘要
目的 :了解不同血液透析方式对血浆内皮素 (ET)和一氧化氮 (NO)水平的影响 ,以及内皮素和一氧化氮对透析过程中低血压发生的作用。方法 :分别对 30例普通透析 (HD)患者、2 0例血液滤过透析 (HDF)患者透析前后以及 2 2例HD患者透析过程中发生低血压时和血压正常时血浆NO和ET 1水平进行测定、比较。结果 :HD、HDF透析后血浆ET 1水平升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,血浆NO水平降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,这种变化以HDF为著。HD过程中发生低血压时血浆NO浓度降低、ET 1升高 ,与血压正常时差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :不同血液透析方式影响血浆ET 1与NO水平 ,HDF影响较HD大。透析过程中发生低血压后血浆ET 1升高、NO降低。
Objective:To study the effect of different kinds of hemodialysis on plasma endothelin and nitric oxide concentration in the course of hemodialysis.Methods:The plasma ET and NO were measured and compared before and after HD,HDF,and they were compared between low blood pressure and normal blood pressure in the course of hemodialysis.Results:The plasma ET level of HD and HDF increased after HD(P<0.05),the plasma NO level decreased(P<0.05),with the remarkable change of HDF.The plasma NO concentration was lower,ET-1 became higher,when low blood pressure occured in the course of hemodialysis,which was significantly different from that of normal blood pressure(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hemodialysis produces an effect on the plasma level of ET and NO,more remarkably on HDF than on HD. Plasma ET-1 increase and NO decrease when low blood pressure occures in the course of hemodialysis,which is possibly a phenomenon of physical compensation.
