摘要
目的 探讨维持性血液透析患者一氧化氮 (NO)和内皮素 (ET-1)的变化。方法 检测63例不同血透次数 (1~827次 )患者血透前后的血浆NO和ET-1水平。结果 血透后较血透前NO明显降低 ( p<0.001) ;ET-1明显升高 ( p<0.001) ,血透前NO水平与ET -1含量呈负相关关系 (r= -0.3271 ,p<0.01) ;血透后其变化也呈负相关关系 (r= -0.2858,p<0.05)另外 ,血透次数越多 ,血透前后NO水平均越低而E1-1含量均越高。次数与NO水平呈显著负相关 (r前= -0.4413 ,r后= -0.4274,p<0.01) ;与ET-1含量呈显著正相关 (r前=0.7986,r后=0.7667 ,p<0.001)。 结论 血液透析患者NO和ET -1水平存在失衡并与不同透析次数密切相关。
Objective To explore the changes of NO and ET-1 levels before and after maintenance hemodialysis. Methods The relationships of NO level, ET-1 level with dialysis times were investigated in 63 cases of hemodialysis patients. Results After dialysis, NO level decreased significantly (p<0.001), while ET-1 level increased significantly (p<0.001). There was a negative correlation between NO and ET-1 levels both before and after dialysis. NO level decreased with dialysis times, while ET-1 level increased with dialysis times. Conclusion In dialysis patients, NO and ET-1 levels lost their equilibrium, and the disequilibrium related to dialysis times.
