摘要
目的 :建立小鼠脑缺血再灌注致学习记忆障碍的模型并观察L 苹果酸改善记忆的作用。方法 :采用暂时性阻断两侧颈总动脉的方法制备小鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤的模型 ,学习记忆功能的检测采用避暗法和跳台法。L 苹果酸脑室注射给药。结果 :缺血前给予L 苹果酸可加重小鼠脑缺血性损伤 ,对脑缺血再灌注所致的学习记忆障碍无改善作用 ;脑缺血再灌注后给予L 苹果酸对学习记忆有明显的改善作用。结论 :脑缺血再灌注损伤后及时改善脑组织的能量代谢 ,调整脑内神经递质 ,有利于学习记忆功能的恢复。
Objective:To develop a model of dysmnesia by cerebral ischemia-reperfusion in mice and investigate the effects of L-malate on it.Methods:Cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury was produced in conscious mice by obstructing and decompressing bilateral common carolid arteries. The learning and memory function of mice was studied by step through test and step down test. The L-malate was icv.Results:L-malate injected 30 min before the induction of ischemia may aggravate the ischemia damage and fail to protect against impairment of memory induced by cerebral ischemia reperfusion. But L-malate injected shortly after the resumption of cerebral blood was shown to improve the impairment of memory function induced by cerebral ischemia-reperfusion.Conclusion:Timely improvement of the energy metabolism and regulation of the level of neurotransmitter may be favorable to the recovery of memory function impaired by ischemia-reperfusion.
