摘要
目的 :研究甲状腺素对甲亢女性患者的遗传学毒性作用。方法 :利用细胞松弛素 B抑制细胞的胞质分裂的实验方法 ,促使体外培养的血细胞产生双核淋巴细胞微核。结果 :甲亢缓解患者的培养淋巴细胞经激素诱导和未经激素诱导两组的双核淋巴细胞的微核率相比较具有显著性的差异 (P <0 0 0 1)且激素诱导组有异常微核的为 2 5例。结论 :甲状腺素可诱导患者淋巴细胞的微核率升高 。
Objective: To study the genotoxicity of thyroxin on female patients with hyperthyroidism. Methods: The micronuclei of binucleated lymphocytes in the blood cell of vitro culture was produced through the method of inhibiting cytoplasmic division by cytochalasin B. Results: The micronucleus ratio of binucleated lymphocytes of the thyroxin treated group was higher than that of the untreated group(P<0 001). There were 25 cases of abnormal micronucleus ratio in thyroxin treated group. Conclusion:The thyroxin may induce lymphocytes to produce high micronucleus ratio and the micronucleus ratio of the binucleated lymphocytes can show toxicity of cellular DNA being caused by thyroxin in vitro .
