摘要
以乙基纤维素和明胶为包囊材料,用液中干燥法分别对氨苄青霉素钠和磺胺二甲基嘧啶进行微囊化研究。所得微囊分散性良好,收率达83%以上,药物含量损失仅为4.5%和16.8%,具有明显的缓释作用。
In this paper ethyl cellulose and gelatin were used as the coating
meterial.Ampicillin-Na and sulfadimidine underwent microcapsulation respec-
tively through intra liquid desiccation method.The dispersing activity of
microcapsules is better and activity of sustained release is remarkable,the
yield of microcapsules is over 83%,the content of drugs lost only 4.5% and
16.8% respectively.
