摘要
研究了在水溶液中,氨苄青霉素钠与对苯醌生成稳定的1∶1络合物,λmax=472.0nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε472.0=1400L(molcm)-1,线性范围为0.02~0.25g/L.本方法测定药物制剂含量与文献方法一致,回收率为99.70%~100.03%,相对标准偏差1.36%
In this paper,ampicillin natrium reactions with p benzoquinone in water to form a stable complex compound is presented. λ max =472 0 nm,the apparent molar absorptivities ε 472 0 =1 400 L·(mol·cm) -1 ,the linear calibration range was 0 02~0 25 g/L.The proposed method has been applied to the determination of ampicillin natricum in pharmaceutical preparations with satisfactory results.The method gives a RSD of 1 36%,and the rate of recovery was 99 70%~100 03%.
