摘要
研究了在水溶液中，氨苄青霉素钠与对苯醌生成稳定的１∶１络合物，λｍａｘ＝４７２．０ｎｍ，表观摩尔吸光系数ε４７２．０＝１４００Ｌ（ｍｏｌｃｍ）－１，线性范围为０．０２～０．２５ｇ／Ｌ．本方法测定药物制剂含量与文献方法一致，回收率为９９．７０％～１００．０３％，相对标准偏差１．３６％
In this paper,ampicillin natrium reactions with p benzoquinone in water to form a stable complex compound is presented. λ max =472 0 nm,the apparent molar absorptivities ε 472 0 =1 400 L·(mol·cm) -1 ,the linear calibration range was 0 02～0 25 g/L.The proposed method has been applied to the determination of ampicillin natricum in pharmaceutical preparations with satisfactory results.The method gives a RSD of 1 36%,and the rate of recovery was 99 70%～100 03%.
