摘要
目的 :研究左旋精氨酸、牛磺酸、卡托普利单用及合用对自发性高血压大鼠的血压以及血神经肽Y、血脂水平的影响。方法 :1 用MRB ⅢA型血压记录仪 ,在大鼠清醒状态下 ,测鼠尾的尾动脉收缩压。 2 用酶法测定血清胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三酯 (TG)。 3 用12 5Ⅰ标记法和放射免疫法测血浆神经肽Y。结果 :1 经过四周药物治疗 ,左旋精氨酸组 (L arg +Tau +Cap)血压均下降 (P <0 0 5 ) ,L arg +Tau +Cap组 ,血压下降比卡托普利组明显 (P <0 0 1)。2 经过四周药物治疗 ,牛磺酸组TC降低 ,TG无变化。L arg +Tau +Cap组TC和TG均降低 ,左旋精氨酸组、卡托普利组TC和TG均无变化 (P <0 0 5 )。 3 经过四周药物治疗 ,左旋精氨酸组、牛磺酸组NPY无变化 (P >0 0 5 )。卡托普利组、L arg +Tau +Cap组NPY下降。用药前后 ,四组SHR大鼠血压高低与血浆神经肽Y的浓度均呈正相关 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :1 四组大鼠治疗后 ,左旋精氨酸、牛磺酸组血压无变化 ;卡托普利组和合用组均出现血压降低 ,合用组降压效果比单用卡托普利明显。 2 牛磺酸治疗组血清胆固醇降低 ;三种药物合用组血清胆固醇和甘油三酯均降低。左旋精氨酸组、卡托普利组血脂无变化。 3 自发性高血压大鼠的血压变化与血浆神经肽Y浓度的变化呈正相关 。
Objective:In order to investigate the influence of L arginine,taurine and captopril on blood pressure?plasma neuropeptide Y and blood lipid level of spontaneously hypertension rats.Methods:1 The trail cuff systolic blood pressure in conscious rats was measured by MRB ⅢA blood pressure note appearance.2.The concentration of serum lipids was measured by enzymed method.3.The concentration of serum neuropeptide Y was detected by radioimmunoassay with 125 I marked.Results:1.In L arginine and Taurine group,there were no changes in blood pressure( P <0 05);blood pressure of L arg+Tau+Cap group dropped more than that of Captopril group( P <0 01).2.After four weeks drug treatment,both TC and TG of L arg group weren't changed( P >0 05);TC of Tau group dropped,no changes were observed with TG( P <0 05);both TC and TG of Cap group weren't changed( P <0 05);TC and TG of L arg+Tau+Cap group dropped.3.After four weeks drug treatment,NPY of L arg group and Tau group wasn't changed( P >0 05);NPY of Cap group and L arg+Tau+Cap group dropped.4.Before drug treatment,blood pressure of all groups compared with blood plasma neuropeptide Y showed a significant positive correlation( P <0 05),so does the blood pressure after drug treatment.Conclusion:1.After four weeks drug treatment,blood pressure of both L arginine and Taurine group haven't been changed.Blood pressure of Captopril group and L arg+Tau+Cap group has been reduced.The effect of descending blood pressure of L arg+Tau+Cap group is better than that of Captopril group.2.Taurine can made serum cholesterol dropped.Serum cholesterol and triglyceride of L arg+Tau+Cap group all dropped.3.Before drug treatment,blood pressure and plasma neuropeptide Y of all groups showed positive correlation( P <0 05).After drug treatment,descended blood pressure and descended plasma neuropeptide Y showed positive correlation( P <0 05).Neuropeptide Y seemed to participate in the development of hypertension.
