摘要
在8万t/aSBR装置的凝聚工艺中,以平均分子量为1500—1700的PA凝聚剂代替TXD凝聚剂,生产出了达到企业标准特级品指标的SBR_(1500)。与TXD凝聚剂相比,PA 凝聚剂用量仅为前者的50%,产品的平均挥发分降低14.3%,胶粒结构疏松,易脱水干燥,脱水机电耗降低了50%;产品的物理机械性能和加工性能优异,特别是胶料具有焦烧时间长,硫化速度快,硫化胶的磨耗(仅为TXD 凝聚剂工艺的27.6%)和热老化性优良等特点。
The commercial application of PA flocculant witha verage molecular weight of 1 500-1 700 instead of TXD flocculant in the coagulation process for SBR production on80kt/a plant was described.The obtained SBR 1500 corresponds to the super grade to the factory's standard.The PA flocculant exhibited high coagulation effeciency , and the usage of PA flocculant was decreased by 50% in comparison with that of the TXD flocculant.The average content of volatile was decreased by 14.3%.The coagulated crumbs, having large size and loose structure, were more easily to be dewatered and dried.The electric power consumption of the dewatering extruder was decreased by 50%.The rubber product had excellent recessing and physical properties, especially, the compound stock possessed the characteristics of longer time to scorch and faster vulcanizing velocity, and the vulcanizates had higher wearability and resistance to thermal aging.
