摘要
采用国产高分子凝聚剂(TXD-63),在万吨级的SBR工业装置上,对SBR 1712 胶乳进行了TXD-63-硫酸凝聚工艺试验。较佳的凝聚条件为:采用将胶乳直接加入凝聚剂中的加料方式,凝聚体系的 pH值为 2.5—3.0,凝聚温度为 50—60℃,搅拌速度为 400—450 r/min。与氯化钠-硫酸凝聚工艺相比,产品灰分和皂含量降低,工艺费用下降34%。
The coagulation test of SBR-1712 latex, by using the TXD-63 ( polymeric flocculant ) and sulfuric acid system was carried out on a 10 kt SBR commercial plant. The excellent coagulation process conditions were as follows: the latex being added directly onto the flocculant, pH = 2.5-3.0 in coagulation system, coagulation temperature 50-60℃, agitation rate 400-450 r/min. As compared with those of NaCl-sulfuric acid coagulation process, the resulted product of non-salt process was lower in ash and soap content, and its cost dereased by 34%.
