摘要
利用不含磷元素和氯元素的化合物组成了乳聚丁苯橡胶无磷无氯电解质体系。研究了电解质溶液pH值对无磷化乳聚丁苯橡胶聚合反应速率和聚合稳定性的影响;研究了无磷无氯体系电解质加料份数和氧化还原水平、乳化剂加料份数、扩散剂加料份数、EDTA加料份数各因素对聚合反应速率的影响。经过对配方的调整,无磷无氯丁苯橡胶聚合体系与有磷体系聚合反应速率基本相当,可以在原丁苯橡胶装置上应用。
A phosphorus free and chlorine free electrolyte system for latex styrene butadiene rubber was composed of compounds without phosphorus and chlorine elements.The effect of pH value of electrolyte solution on the polymerization reaction rate and polymerization stability of phosphate free ESBR was studied.The study investigated the effects of various factors such as electrolyte dosage,redox level,emulsifier dosage,diffusion agent dosage,and EDTA dosage on the polymerization reaction rate in a phosphorus free and chlorine free system.After adjusting the formula,the polymerization reaction rate of the phosphorus free and chlorine free styrene butadiene rubber system is basically equivalent to that of the phosphorus containing system,and it can be applied in the original SBR unit.
