摘要
综合运用调查访问等研究方法 ,对河北省 1 5所普通高校的 337名在职体育教师进行了调查 .从年龄结构、学历结构、职称结构、知识与业务水平等方面进行了分析 。
A deeply investigation and a detailed analysis was made on the topic about the present age pattern,education experience,the title of technical post pattern etc throughout the investigation on 337 athletic teachers no the job in 15 normal academy of Hebei province.At the same time some suggestion was raised.
