摘要
通过对南京9所高校体育保健课现状的调查,发现南京市高等学校对体育保健课重视不够。22%的学校未开设体育保健课;已开设体育保健课的学校,课程设置不合理、教学模式陈旧,师资力量薄弱,缺乏专门的运动场地和设施。建议高校应根据不同类型学生的需求分别开设有针对性的体育保健课。
By investigating the current situation of PE heath care classes from 9 universities in Nanjing and we found that most universities attached insufficient importance to the PE heath care classes. Among these 9 universities, 22% of universities did not offer physical education classes; sports health classes have been opened in schools, the curriculum setting were unreasonable, the teaching models were old, the teachers quality were weak, and lack the specialized sporting venues and establishment. We suggest that the universities should offer the specific PE health care class according to the students＇ requirements.
