摘要
对以海带 (Laminariajaponica)为原料 ,采用超临界CO2 萃取技术提取海藻多不饱和脂肪酸的可行性进行了研究 .结果表明 ,当CO2 流量 2 .5~ 3.5L/h、萃取压力2 5MPa、萃取温度 30℃、萃取时间 3h、原料粒度 4 0~ 6 0目、分离压力 5MPa和分离温度35℃时最利于海带脂质的提取 ,此萃取条件可使海带总脂肪酸中多不饱和脂肪酸含量达到 6 7.2 % .
This paper studies the feasibility of extracting PUFAs out of Laminaria japonica for by means of supercritical carbon dioxide extraction. The results showed that the best condition extracting lipids of L. Japonica were as follaws: 2.5~3.5 L/h of flux of CO 2; 25 MPa of extractive pressure; 30 ℃ of extractive temperature; 3 h of extractive time; granularity of 40~60 (mesh); 5 MPa of separated pressure and 35 ℃ of separated temperature. The condition of extraction could increase the content of PUFAs to 67.2% in total fatty acids.
