摘要
采用尿素富集法,使苏子油中多不饱和脂肪酸的含量由原来的76.9%提高到99.9%,亚麻酸含量由64.7%提高到90.9%。从而使脂肪酸的质量有了进一步的提高。
With the method of urea fractionation,the content of PUFA is increased from 76. 9% to99. 9%,at the same time,the content of lindenic is increased from 64.7 to 90. 9 %. By this way,the quality offatty acid is improved.
