摘要
目的 :观察珍珠明目液对眼结膜刺激性及其对实验性兔眼部炎症的影响。方法 :给兔眼眶内滴入珍珠明目液 (每次 0 .1ml/眼 ,1天 3次 ,连续 7天 ) ,观察给药 7天后角膜、虹膜及结膜的反应 ;用 30 %巴豆油造成兔眼结膜炎 ,致炎前及致炎后局部应用珍珠明目液滴眼 (0 .1ml/眼 ) ,并设醋酸可的松眼药水治疗组和生理盐水对照组。于致炎后 2、4、12、2 4、36、48及 72h ,根据结膜炎充血、水肿及分泌物轻重程度进行评分。结果 :珍珠明目液对兔眼角膜、虹膜及结膜未见明显异常反应。珍珠明目液治疗 30 %巴豆油所致兔眼炎症评分值显著低于相应生理盐水组 (P<0 .0 1) ,与醋酸可的松治疗组比较无显著性差异。结论 :珍珠明目液无眼刺激性 。
Objective:To obsereve the effects of pearl clear-sighted liquid(PCL)on the eye stimulation and on ocular inflammatory model in rabbits.Method: Ocular inflammation was induced by 30% croton oil.Each eye in treatmented with two drops of PCL every 15min for 8 doses beginning before ocular inflancing-operations were done ,and established contisone acetate eye drops group and NS group as controls ,respectively.The severity of ocular signs(conjunctival injection ,chemosis and discharge)were evaluated and recorded on 2,4,12,24,36,48and 72h after the inflaming operations.Composite scores for ocular signs were obtainde from the mean of the scores ,for individual sign.Results:PCL was effective on reducing ocular inflammation .on one ocular inflammatory model,the mean scores for ocular signs obtained from PCL treated eyes at each examination hour-point were significantly lower(P<0.01)as compared with physiological saline treated eyes relevantly.PCL was nearly as effective as cortisone acetate eye drops. Conclusion: The PCl is no eyes stimulation and has the protective against experimental ocular inflammation induced by croton lil in rabbits.
