摘要
目的通过动物实验探讨珍芪滴眼液对慢性结膜炎的治疗作用。方法新西兰白兔30只,随机分为5组,每组6只12只眼。用球结膜下埋线法制作家兔慢性结膜炎模型,分别用低、中、高剂量的珍芪滴眼液(含生药6.55、13.1、26.2mg/ml)治疗,以珍珠明目滴眼液为阳性对照,珍芪滴眼液溶媒为阴性对照。每日点眼3次,共3周。每日手电肉眼及荧光染色裂隙灯观察、记录眼部炎症变化,每周照外眼像1次。结果连续给药1周,各治疗组与阴性对照组间差异无显著性意义(Hc=9.2972,P=0.0541);连续用药2周,治疗组与阴性对照组间的差异有非常显著性意义(Hc=15.580,P=0.0036),疗效由弱到强排列依次为珍芪低剂量组、中剂量组、阳性对照组、珍芪高剂量组;连续用药3周,除阴性对照组外,各组基本恢复正常(Hc=24.802,P=0.001),疗效由弱到强排列依次为珍芪低剂量组、阳性对照组和珍芪中剂量组、高剂量组。结论珍芪滴眼液对慢性结膜炎有明显的治疗作用,而且无刺激性、无毒性,无过敏反应,有望成为一种治疗慢性结膜炎的新药用于临床。
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the pharmacological effect of zhenqi （珍芪） eye drop on chronic conjunctivitis model in rabbit. METHODS The experimental conjunctivitis model in 30 new Zealand rabbits was induced by 1 - 0 silk embedded in superior bulbar conjunctiva. Five groups were divided as negative control group （zhenqi solvent）, positive control group [ zhenzhumingmu （珍珠明目） eye drop], low dose treatment group （6.55mg/ml zhenqi eye drop）, middle dose treatment group （13. lmg/ml zhenqi eye drop） and high dose treatment group （26.2mg/ml zhenqi eye drop） . The eye drops were given three times a day for three weeks. Inflammation of the eye was observed by slit - lamp with fluorescent fluid stain. Slit lamp photographs of the eye were taken every week. A score was judged and recorded.RESYKTS No significant difference was found between any treatment group and negative control group, between positive control group and negative control group （ Hc = 9.297 P = 0.054） after one week treatment. Good results was found after two weeks treatment. There were significant difference between all treatment group and negative control group （Hc = 15.58 P =0.0036） .The treatment effect was gradually increased from low dose treatment group, middle treatment group, positive control group to high dose treatment group. After three weeks treatment, all groups besides negative control recovered almost normally. Highly significant difference was found between the three treatment groups and negative control group （Hc = 24.80 P = 0.001 ） . The treatment effect was gradually increased with low dose treatment group, positive control group and middle dose treatment group, then high dose treatment group. CONCLUSIONS The significant treatment effect of zhenqi eye drop was found on chronic conjunctivitis models, no stimulation and other side effect was found. It might be a new selective drug for chronic conjunctivitis in clinics.
