摘要
目的测定以 TCA 法及 PW 法两种工艺提取的灵杆菌 LPS 的生物学活性作用,评价其临床应用价值。方法采用抑制 S_(180)腹水瘤实验,升高 WBC 实验及局部 Shwartzman 实验等方法,测定其活性与毒性反应。结果两种工艺提取的灵杆菌 LPS 对 S_(180)细胞抑制率分别为65.6%与67.7%;对正常小鼠及环磷酰胺造成的 WBC 减少模型小鼠均有较强的生白作用;TCA 法提取物局部无 Shwartzman 反应。结论灵杆菌 LPS 可通过诱导生物体内巨噬细胞等效应靶细胞产生与分泌多种活性因子,介导生物活性反应,具有较高的生物学活性与较低的毒性。
Objective To determine the biological activities of lipopolysaccharides of bacterium prodigiosum (BP-LPS)and appraise its applied value on clinical.Methods To adopt the methods of inhibit turnout and raise the white blood cell and shwartzman experiments.Results The lipopolysae- charities of bacterium prodigiosum has obviously inhibition ratio on S_(180) cell and has the strong role on raising WBC of the mouse not only the normals but also the leukopenia model,The LPS refined by TCA has not reflaction in shwartzman experment.Conclusions The lipopolysaccharides of bac- terium prodigiosum(BP-LPS)can induce the macrophages and peripheral blood monocytes (PbmC) to release many cell factor and cause many biological activities,it possess the high-biological activi- ty and low-toxicity.
