摘要
目的 探讨急性脑卒中时血管和细胞间的炎症变化过程。方法 我们对 46例急性脑卒中病人病程中的CD11a、CD11b、CD62 、CD3 等细胞黏附分子的变化经流式细胞仪进行了观察。结果 CD11a在脑出血和脑梗死组均有增加 (3.5 9/ 12 .75 /对照组 1.84,P值 <0 .0 1) ,CD62 也同样有明显增加 (17.91/ 15 .13/对照组9.11,P值 <0 .0 1) ,但CD11b则表现出下调的改变。结论 本项试验结果显示不同类型的脑卒中发生过程中表现有多种细胞黏附分子的变化 ,脑出血和脑梗死的结果有差异 ,针对上述过程的变化实施干预治疗可能有积极意义。
Objective To investigate the changes of intercellular adhesion moleucle in acute stroke.Methods The level of CD 11a ? CD 11b ? CD 62 ? CD 3 were measured by flow cytometry in 46 cases of acute stroke.Results CD 11a were all increased in both group (heamorrhage group 3.59 , cerebral infarction group 12.75 , control group 1.84 , P < 0.01 ), CD 62 was also significantly elevated in the both group (heamorrhage group 17.91 , cerebral infarction group 15.13 , control group 9.11 , P < 0.01 ).But the changes of CD 11b was hyporegulatial than control group.Conclusion There were many changes of the intercellular adhesion molecules in differental types of stroke, were markedly differental in cerebral heamorrhage group and cerebral infarction group.The prevent treatment will be importental to these changes.
