摘要
目的观察急性脑出血患者血清炎性因子变化与血肿周围低密度的相关性。方法收集89例急性脑出血患者检测白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10),CT检查动态观察血肿及其周围低密度的变化。对照组为35例成年健康体检者。结果脑出血组患者血清IL-8、IL-10水平较对照组显著增高。单因素分析显示,IL-8(r=0.741,P=0.000),IL-10(r=0.657,P=0.000)与血肿周围低密度均有显著相关性。结论急性脑出血患者血清IL-8、IL-10水平显著增高,患者血清中IL-8、IL-10水平与血肿周围水肿密切相关。
Objective To explore the correlation between perihematomal brain edema and inflammatory cytokines in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods Interleukin-8 and interleukin-10 were assayed in 89 patients of cerebral hemorrhage,CT was also serially performed to calculate the volume of hemorrhage and perihematomal hypodensity.The control group consisted of 35 healthy adult.Results The levels of IL-8、IL-10 in venous serum are higher in the ICH group than that of the control group.The correlation analysis:it is Significant correlation between IL-8(r=0.741,P=0.000),IL-10(r=0.657,P=0.000) and perihematomal hypodensity.Conclusion The levels of IL-8、IL-10 in venous serum are apparently higher in the ICH group ,the levels of IL-8、IL-10 in venous serum are correlated with perihematomal hypodensity.
