碱性成纤维细胞生长因子对体外培养多巴胺能神经元营养作用 被引量:1

Nutrient Effect of Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor on Dopaminergic Neuron of the Mesencephalic Subtantia Nigra in Vitro

摘要 目的 :探讨碱性成纤维细胞生长因子对体外培养的中脑多巴胺能神经元的作用。方法 :在培养孕 14~16d大鼠胚胎黑质神经元中加入碱性成纤维细胞生长因子 (basicfibroblastgrowthfactor,bFGF) ,不同时间对培养细胞进行观察并计数存活的黑质细胞总数及长神经突起细胞总数。结果 :培养 1周后bFGF可促进多巴胺能神经元的存活和生长。结论 Objective: Our aim was to study the nutrient effect of basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)on dopaminergic (DA) neurons of the mensencephalic subtantia nigra in vitro. Methods:Subtantia nigra neurons from rats E14 to 16 were cultured with bFGF and observed by using light microscopy. Results:The bFGF can promote the development of mesencephalic DA neurons after one week. Conclusion:The bFGF has neutrient effect on DA neurons of subtantia nigra in vitro.
