大鼠黑质网状部微量注射GABA对黑质神经元单位放电的影响

摘要 本实验观察了大鼠黑质网状部(SNR)微量注射GABA0.2μl(1M)对,黑质Ⅰ、Ⅱ型神经元单位放电的影响。结果如下:(1)在记录的25个Ⅰ型神经元中,有17个单位(68.00%)自发放电频率降低范围88.41%-100.00%,平均降低96.62%±4.01%。(2)在记录的36个Ⅱ型神经元中,有27个单位(79.41%)自发放电频率降低范围43.56%-99.35%,平均降低78.69%±10.13%。结果表明,黑质网状部微量注射GABA能使大多数黑质Ⅰ、Ⅱ型神经元产生明显的抑制作用。 The effects of microinjection of GABA(0.2μl.1M)into the substantia nigra reticulata(SNR) on the unit discharges of Type Ⅰ and Type Ⅱ neurons in the substantia nigra (SN)of rats were observed The results showed that[1]the spontaneous discharge rate of 17/25 Type Ⅱ neurons were decreased by 88.41%-100.00%(96.62%±4.01%,x±sx) after SNR injection of GABA[2]the spontaneous discharge rate of 27/36 Type Ⅱ neurons were also decreased by 43.56%-99.35%(78.69%±10.13%). The results indicated that SNR injection of GABA can inhibit both Type Ⅰ and Type Ⅱ neurons in SNR
