摘要
金刚石具有两种晶格结构,除立方结构外,还有一种六方结构,在冲击法合成的金刚石中较为常见。TEM和X射线衍射分析表明,六方晶体由石墨经固态无扩散相变而成,并以单晶、多晶和两种晶格共存的共生晶体形式存在;多晶体和共生晶体中常存在织构。
There are two types of crystal lattice in diamonds. One is a cubic lattice, and the other is a hexagonal lattice which commonly synthesized under a high shock pressure. TEM and X-ray diffraction analyses showed the hexagonal diamonds are trasformed from graphites with a solid statediffutionless trasformation manner There are single, polycrystas and intergrowth crystals,the latter is coexisting with cubic and hexagonal lattice. Textures were found in polycrystals and intergrowth crystals mostly.
