摘要
对人造金刚石微粉的“三除”提纯工艺进行了除杂次序研究。对比实验表明 ,在去除石墨、触媒、叶蜡石的工作中 ,除石墨最好先于叶蜡石进行 ,从而可使提纯工艺具有较好的除杂效果 ,并提高最终产品的纯度和白度 ,减少氢氧化钠的用量。作者以HNO3、HClO4 +H2 SO4 、NaOH为处理药剂 ,按照“除触媒合金 石墨 叶蜡石”的提纯顺序 ,对人造金刚石微粉进行处理 ,最终获得的产品白度佳、纯度高 。
In this report, the purification sequence of artificial diamond powder was studied. Through contrastive experiments, XRD analysis and chemical reaction equation, it was shown that graphite should have the priority to be dealt with than pyrophyllite in order to decrease the sodium hydroxide consumption and improve the whiteness and purity of the final diamond powder.With the purification sequence of“accelerant graphit pyrophyllite”,the final artificial diamond powder with better whiteness and purity was obtained after experiments.
