摘要
目的 探讨ANA、抗ds -DNA、抗ENA多肽抗体谱联合检测在诊断SLE病人中的应用。方法ANA、抗ds -DNA采用间接免疫荧光法 ;ENA多肽抗体采用免疫印迹法 (IBT)。结果 检测 16 7例SLE患者 ,ANA阳性率为 86 .8% ;抗ds-DNA阳性率为 6 7.1% ;抗ENA多肽抗体阳性率为 71.9% ,其中 18例ANA为阴性而抗ENA多肽抗体为阳性。结论 ANA、抗ds-DNA、抗ENA多肽抗体谱联合检测在SLE诊断中具有互补性 ,并能提高检出率。对SLE的诊断分型。
Objectives To investigate the application of collective determination of ANA,anti-ds-DNA polypeptide antibody spectrum in diagnosis of SLE patients.Methods To test ANA,anti-ds-DNA by indirect immunofluorescence,while to test ENA polypeptide antibody spectrum by immunolabelling technique(IBT).Results In 167 SLE cases tested,ANA positive rate was 86.8%;anti-ds-DNA postitive rati was 67.1%;and anti-ENA polypeptide antibody spectrum positive rate was 71.9%.Among the total,18 cases had negative ANA but positive anti-ENA polypeptide antibody spectrum.Conclusions In diagnosing SLE,collective determination of ANA,anti-ds-DNA,anti-ENA polypeptide antibody spectrum can complement each other,upgrade the detectable rate and have the significant clinical value in diagnostic classification and prognosis of the diseases.
