摘要 用溶胶 凝胶法合成锂离子正极材料掺钴锂锰氧化物LiCo0 1Mn1 9O4,研究聚丙烯酸 (PAA)量、烧结温度对其结构和性能的影响。此外 ,改进传统烧结方法 ,对烧结产物进行回火处理。结果表明 ,PAA与金属离子摩尔比为 1 4∶1时结晶性较好 ;烧结温度为 6 0 0℃时晶化完全 ,结构完整 ; Spinel LiCo 0 1 Mn 1 9 O 4 powders as a cathode for lithium ion secondary battery were synthesized by a sol-gel method using a PAA(Polyacrylic acid)as a chelating agent The dependence of the physicochemical properties of the spinel powders on the PAA quantity and the calcination temperatuer was investigated In addition,a new calcination method was put forward,that is,after first calcination at higher temperature,annealing was applied at a temperature slightly lower than the former It was found that when the molar ratio of PAA to the total metal ions is 1 4,spinel material has good crystallinity;polycrystalline LiCo 0 1 Mn 1 9 O 4 powders calcined at about 600℃ are perfectly crystallized;the properties of spinel material are improved by annealing treatment
