摘要
用XRD、SEM等方法研究了烧结温度对LiCoxMn2 -xO4的结构、表面形貌、电化学性能的影响。LiCoxMn2 -xO4由蒸发Li2 CO3、Mn(CH3COO) 2 ·4H2 O、Co(CH3COO) 2 ·4H2 O的混合溶液并在不同温度下烧结而制备 ,实验结果表明 ,Li CoxMn2 -xO4的晶格参数和晶粒粒径都随烧结温度的升高而增大 ,80 0℃的LiCo0 .1 Mn1 .
The effects of the sintering-temperature on the structure,surface morphology and electrochemical properties of LiCo xMn 2-x O 4 were investigated by means of XRD,SEM and electrochemical methods .LiCo xMn 2-x O 4 was prepared by evaporating a mixture solution of Li 2CO 3,Mn(CH 3COO) 2·4H 2O and Co(CH 3COO) 2·4H 2O and sintering at different temperature.The results showed that the lattice parameters and grain sizes increased with going up of sintering-temperature and the LiCo 0.1 Mn 1.9 O 4 at 800℃ for 6h had the best electrochemical properties.
