摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米TiO2膜,并进行苯酚降解试验。结果表明,用溶胶-凝胶法制备TiO2膜的最佳条件为:试剂的体积配比V钛酸丁酯:V无水乙醇:V蒸馏水:V浓盐酸=1:4:0.25:0.25,涂层厚度5层,焙烧温度500℃,焙烧时间2 h。在该条件下制备的TiO2膜具有较高的光催化活性。在30 W紫外灯,苯酚的质量浓度为50mg/L,膜面积/溶液体积为8 cm2/L,连续曝气,溶液pH4~6,反应时间5 h条件下,苯酚的降解率可达95%以上。膜的性能稳定,可以重复使用。初步研究表明,此时的降解是一级反应。
TiO2 films were prepared by using sol-gel method,and phenol degradation test was conducted.The test results showed that the best conditions of TiO2 film preparation using sol-gel method were: tetrabueyl titanate∶ethanol∶distilled wate∶thick hydrochloric acid=1∶4∶0.25∶0.25,5-layer coating thickness,calcination temperature 500 ℃ and baking time 2 h.TiO2 films preparation under these conditions had high photocatalytic activity.Under the conditions of 30 W ultraviolet lights,phenol concentration of 50 mg/L,membrane area/solution volume of 8 cm2/L,continuous aeration,solution pH 4-6,and reaction time of 5 h,the degradation rate of phenol could reach 95%,and the performance of films was stable and could be reused.Preliminary research indicated that the degradation of this was first order reaction.
