摘要
总结了自动浇铸铁水液面满高度时图象的特征 ,分析了求顶点和边界的方法 ,提出了新的进行满高度时图象预处理的快速图象处理方法 ,可以较准确求出满高度时液面的图象参数 。
The image characteristics of the full iron level is summarized, and not only the apex and edge detection algorithms are also investigated, a new high speed image processing method is provided, it can get a rather exact image parameters in the pouring cup.The experimental result indicated that this method can satisfy the engineering requirement.
