摘要
分析了一个浇铸实时控制专家系统RESC的设计与实现 ,在开发系统中采用专家系统技术、实时控制技术。从工艺生产实用要求出发 ,提出适合于连续过程实时控制系统的专家控制方法 ,从而实现了自动浇铸。着重讨论了系统结构、实时控制技术。
The design and application of a real time expert system for pour system are analyzed.The expert system and real time control technigues are applied in developing system proceed from the demands of technology application,the expert control methods which fit continuous process real time control system are presented;and the automatic pouring is realized.The system architecture,real time control mechanism and expert control methods are emphatically discussed.
