摘要
目的 研究苦参碱对人瘢痕成纤维细胞合成胶原的影响。方法 将苦参碱作用于体外培养的增生性瘢痕成纤维细胞 ,分别测定其分泌胶原、Ⅲ型前胶原、细胞内胶原含量。结果 苦参碱可减少瘢痕成纤维细胞分泌胶原、细胞内胶原和Ⅲ型前胶原的含量。
Objective To investigate the inhibitory effect of Matrine on the synthesis of collagen of the fibroblasts derived from human hypertrophic scar. Methods The fibroblasts derived from hypertrophic scars were culcured in vitro.Human type Ⅲpre-collagen(hpcⅢ)and 3 H-TdR incorporation contents were determined with radio-immunoassa measurement and hydroxy proline (HP)were evaluated by colorimetric analysis after Mat affected the cutured hypertrohic scar-derived fibroblasts. Results Mat could decrease 3 H-TdR incorporation and the total content of collagen, the content of Ⅲ pre-collagen(hpcⅢ)was kept at low levels (P<0.01). Conclusion Mat could inhibit the synthesis of collagen of fibroblasts.
