摘要
教育心理学主要研究教育过程中的心理现象及其变化规律。高校大学生作为特殊的青年群体 ,具有独特的心理特征。高校教师应针对大学生的心理特征和专业学科特点 ,有目的地应用教育心理学原理指导学生的学习实践。文章结合中医教学实践 ,从三个方面阐述了培养与激发学习动机的经验体会 :明确学习需要和学习目的 ;改善学习态度 ,提高学习主动性 ;培养认识兴趣 ,调动学习积极性 ,以期抛砖引玉 ,改善教学效果。
Educational psychology studys mainly on the psychological phenomena and changing rules in the course of education. The college students have special psychological characteristics, and the teachers should guide the study practice with educational psychology fundamentals by purpose according to these characteristics and specialty features. Combining with the practice of TCM teaching and studying, the paper elucidates the three methods of developing and arousing study motives in order that others may come up with valuable opinions.
