摘要
目的 :对肝愈胶囊中苦参所含主要化学成分苦参碱含量进行测定。方法 :采用单波长薄层扫描法 ,λ =5 2 0nm ,SX =3。结果 :方法学考察结果表明 ,这种分析方法有较好的重现性和稳定性 ;测定方法的平均回收率为 98.2 9% ,RSD % =1.64%。结论 :方法简便、快速、准确、重现性好。
Objective:To establish a determination method for matrine in Ganyu Capsules. Methods: Single wavelength TLC-scanning was used, λ=520nm,SX=3. Results:The methodological evaluation shows that this method has a good repeatability and reproducibility; The average recovery of this method was 97.68% and RSD was 1.64%. Conclusion: Simple,quick,accurate and with good reproducibility.
