摘要
目的 :研究有关文献中中药的消化系统毒性的报告及其与四气、五味、归经、有效成分之间的关系。方法 :应用文献研究方法 ,对 12 2种具有消化系统毒性的中药进行统计归类分析研究。结果 :中药四气、五味、归经及其有效成分与消化系统毒性有一定的相关性。消化系统的毒性主要集中在四气属性中寒、热两类药物 ;五味属性中苦、甘、辛三类药物 ;归经属性中归肝、脾、肺、胃四经的药和有效成分中含生物碱类及甙类成分的药物方面。结论 :中药药性理论及有效成份与其消化系统毒性之间有一定关系 ,应用文献统计归类分析的方法 ,分析研究已有资料中中药毒性是确实可行的。
Objective: Study the reports on herbs with digestive system toxicin in Certaic literatur and the relation between the digestive system and Four characters(FC), Five tastes(FT), channel distriqutios(Cd) and active components(AC) of herbs. Methods: Applying literatur statistic methods, to classify and analyze herbs with digestive system. Result: There are Certain relationship between FC. FT.CD andAC of herbs and digestive system digestive system mainly occurs among the herbs that are cool and hot in property, bitter?sweet and acid in taste, distribute to liver?spleen?lung?stomach channel and their acincluding alkaloids?glycosides etc. Conclusions: There exist some relationship between herbs property and digestive system. To study and analyze the toxicin of herbs with literature statistics methods is feasible.
