摘要
目的通过观察大黄黄连泻心汤、理中丸对消炎痛型胃溃疡寒热证模型大鼠血清IL-8和TNF-α含量的影响,从炎症因子角度对该模型进行评价。方法采用寒热因素与消炎痛腹腔注射相结合,建立大鼠胃溃疡寒、热证动物模型,采用放射免疫法检测受试大鼠血清中IL-8、TNF-α的含量。结果除单寒组TNF-α外,其他各模型组大鼠血清IL-8和TNF-α含量显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.01);大黄黄连泻心汤可显著降低热性溃疡组大鼠血清IL-8和TNF-α含量,理中丸可显著降低寒性溃疡组大鼠血清IL-8含量(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论大黄黄连泻心汤、理中丸可通过降低IL-8和TNF-α含量,分别实现对热性和寒性模型大鼠胃粘膜的保护作用,是"方证相应"规律的体现,肯定了该实验所采用的胃溃疡"病证结合"造模方法确实可行。
Objective To observe the influence of Dahuang Huanglian Xiexin Decoction and Lizhong Pill on the contents of IL - 8 ,TNF - α in serum of gastric ulcer rats induced by abdominal injection of indomethacin combined with cold or heat syndrome model. Methods The method of cold or heat factors combined with abdominal injection of indomethacin was used to establish gastric ulcer model with cold and heat syndrome. Radioimmunoassay was used to detect the contents of IL - 8 ,TNF - α in serum. Re- suits Except the single cold syndrome group, compared with the blank group, the contents of IL - 8, TNF - ct were increased in each mode] group（ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. Dahuang Huanglian Xiexin Decoction could decrease the contents of IL - 8 ,TNF - α in heat - gastric ulcer model group remarkably, Lizhong Pill could decrease the contents of IL - 8 TNF - α in cold - gastric ulcer model group （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The protective effects of Dahuang Huanglian Xiexin Decoction on heat - gastric ulcer, and Lizhong Pill on cold - gastric ulcer can be achieved by decreasing the contents of IL - 8, TNF - α, performing the regulation of ＂formula - syndrome corresponding＂ , and verifying the success of duplicating ＂disease - syndrome combination＂ gastric ulcer model.
