摘要
目的 :探讨心力衰竭 (HF)对生活质量的影响。方法 :以明尼苏达生活质量表对 6 6例 HF患者进行生活质量调查。结果 :q检验表明 ,心功能 级组的生活质量计分与 级组、 ～ 级组间差异非常显著 (P<0 .0 1) ;心功能 级与 ～ 级组间差异不显著 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :HF患者心功能级别与其生活质量有明显关系 ,心功能越差 ,其生活质量越差 (P<0 .0 1)
Objective:To explore the influence of congestive heart failure(CHF) on quality of life.Methods: Quality of life of 66 patients with CHF was surveyed by Minnesota survey table of quality of life.Results:Score of quality of life in heart function NYHA Ⅳ group increased than NYHA Ⅲ group andⅠ～Ⅱ group (P<0 01),but difference between NYHA Ⅲ andⅠ～Ⅱ group was no significant (P>0 05).Conclusion:There was positive correlation between quality of life and heart function in patients with CHF.
