摘要
对23例慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患者(NYHAⅡ级8例,Ⅲ级15例)进行6分钟步行试验,并与运动峰耗氧量(PVo_2)试验对比。结果显示:NYHA分级与Weber′s分级符合率为56.5%,运动时间、运动功率及二次6分钟步行距离与PVo_2均显著相关(分别为P<0.05、P<0.02、P<0.02、P<0.002)。6分钟步行距离第二次较第一次稍增加,但无统计学差异,且显著相关(P<0.001),重复性较好。逐步回归分析显示:6分钟步行距离与PVo2相关最密切。提示6分钟步行距离优于运动时间和运动功率,可替代PVo2作为一种简便易行的运动耐量试验。
Abstract Six minute walking test and peak oxygen consumption(PVo2) were measured in 23patients with chronic heart failure ( NYHA classification Ⅱ~Ⅲ).The results indicated that the compatibility rate of the NYHA classification and the Weber′s class was 56.5%,the exercise time,watt and the distance walked in six minutes correlated well with PVo2(P<0.05,P<0.02,P<0.02 and P<0.002 respectively).The distance walked in two successive tests increased slightly,but without significant statistical difference,and correlated each other significantly(P<0.001),indicating the nice reproducibility. The step regression analysis showed that the distance walked in six minutes correlated most significantly with PVo2 than exercise time and watt,and could be used as an easy and convenient parameter to evaluate the exercise tolerance.
